Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the MuscleCore website located at musclecore.net(“Service”) operated by MuscleCore (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service

MuscleCore is an online platform that generates personalized workout plans based on user-submitted questionnaire responses. Plans are delivered as downloadable PDF documents. The Service is intended for informational and fitness guidance purposes only.

MuscleCore does not provide medical, physiotherapy, or clinical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise programme, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition.

2. Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer the following purchase options:

• Single Plan: A one-time payment of $2.99 for one personalized workout plan.
• Monthly Subscription: $9.99 per month for up to 5 personalized plans per billing cycle.
• Quarterly Subscription: $24.99 per 3-month period for up to 15 personalized plans.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and are subject to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your plan within 7 days of purchase, contact us at support@musclecore.net and we will either regenerate your plan or issue a full refund, at your discretion.

Subscription refunds for partial billing periods are not provided unless required by applicable law.

5. Cancellation

Monthly and quarterly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MuscleCore and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

Workout plans generated for you are licensed for your personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that workout plans will meet your specific fitness requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MuscleCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data.

9. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Exercise carries inherent risks. MuscleCore workout plans are designed for general fitness guidance and do not constitute medical advice. You undertake any physical activity based on our plans entirely at your own risk. Consult a physician before starting any exercise programme.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by applicable law.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
